A note on API usage — Planning works on any free-tier API. Running all 11 agents through the full pipeline works best with a paid key (Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini). Local Ollama with a 30B+ model is a free alternative if you prefer to keep everything on-device. We strongly recommend a capable model (Claude Opus, GPT-4o, or equivalent) — free-tier and small models produce incomplete, non-compilable code that requires significant manual correction to be usable.
